The absolutely wonderful reality about being human is:
we ARE glorious beings of light,
we are ONE WITH THE SOURCE OF LIGHT,
and completely FREE to CREATE our own destiny .
 Our birthright is to be happy and blissful,
dancing and singing,
and to be one with the stars!

But the tragic reality about being human is:
We have been made to forget it,
and we have forgotten so completely
that even in the most intelligent ones among us
there is most often just a dim feeling of vague remembrance
that “this cannot be all”.
Only very few of us actually remember
and claim their birthright.
Those who do, we call the enlightened ones, the awakened ones.

The fact is, whether we like it or not, dear friends,
someone is very much interested that we do not remember.
We have been hypnotized not to remember.
The fact is, dear friend, the whole of humanity is used as slaves by a very small minority.
This is not just a metaphor.
It is the actual truth.
To claim our freedom, our individuality, our bliss and our creative power,
we need to SEE that we are expected to be slaves,
every one of us,
and SEE who we really are.

Dear friend, come with me on a journey to the beginning of time
to see how it happened.
How did we lose our original state of freedom?
How did we become un-free?

Let me tell you a story:

In the beginning of time there was light
and the light was just there,
It had taken no form as yet.
It was just there,
Vibrating, alive, without form.
It was NO THING.
It was emptiness, shunyata,
an ocean of nothingness,
it was energy energy energy
pulsating pulsating pulsating

and if you just try to feel it now,
you will feel:

This light, this consciousness, this energy
is pooling and gathering and it is vibrant and alive and intelligent

and you can feel how powerful it is.

And when you feel the power
and go on feeling it,
you can see

how from this pool of energy,
this ocean of energy,
just by the sheer power of it
…. which cannot contain itself ….
waves begin to arise…
and this is the beginning of form.

This wave looks different from that wave
and that wave looks different from this wave,
and yet,
they are not different in their essence,
they are extensions, expressions
of the ONE source.

So this waving began.
Movement, power, expression, ecstasy!
Can you see with your inner eye
how more and more waves arise;
how more and more forms come to life
and how they are all ONE WITH SOURCE?

And now look closely
and you can see, if you dare to,

more and more waves arising
dancing around each other
whirling around a center: the SOURCE

and can you still see, that they ARE the source?

And now these waves are beginning to take new shapes
and they become planets and stars and suns
and they are forming now
the galaxies
and one of them is OUR GALAXY.

And can you still see: it is ONE WITH SOURCE,
the source which is pulsating light, creating itself from itself?

And this waving continues and now
it is forming OUR MILKY WAY,
and yes, here they are,
the planets ,
oh yes, I can see:
 the moon!
And here she is:
our beautiful blue planet
EARTH!

And can you still see how she is ONE WITH SOURCE,
the source which is pulsating light, creating itself from itself?
And the ecstasy? The wonder!

And this waving continues and is becoming now
oceans and mountains and valleys
and rivers and ponds and clouds and rain,
and trees and grass and  flowers,
fish and sea weed and dolphins and whales,
ahhhhh the ecstasy! The joy! The FUN!

And can you still see: all this creation is ONE WITH SOURCE,
the source which is pulsating light, creating itself from itself?

And this waving continues and is becoming now:
BIRDS!
Cranes and peacocks, nightingales and seagulls,
bluebirds, crows and owls,
bulbuls, black-and-whites, woodpeckers,
cormorants ,penguins, storks and eagles…
an unending number of flying creatures,
delighting in their flight.
And insects…..!

Ecstasy!

And can you still see how each one is ONE WITH SOURCE,
the source which is pulsating light, creating itself from itself?

And this waving continues and is becoming now:
MAMMALS!
Lions and tigers, monkeys and donkeys,
giraffes and hyenas ,
antelopes and deer and  cows
and dogs and horses and zebras…..

Our beautiful planet is teaming with life!
It is dancing with creative power!

And this waving continues and is becoming now
 HUMAN BEINGS!
Black and white and yellow, red and brown,
blue-eyed, brown- eyed, green- eyed
black- haired, brown- haired, blond- haired,red-haired
becoming man becoming woman,
becoming
YOU!
And me!

And can you still see how you and me are ONE WITH SOURCE,
the source which is pulsating light, creating itself from itself?

How wonderful!
How magnificent!
Ecstasy!
We ARE the light,
we are the creative force that made the universe,
and we can be ANYTHING AT ALL,
we can be whoever we wish to be.

We are FREE!
YOU and me, we are FREE!


Can you see?

We can be ANYTHING AT ALL,
we can create whatever we want,
and we can be whoever we wish to be.
Oh, what a joy!

And so we played,
Became this,
Became that,
Invented this,
invented that,
made music,
made paintings,
built ships
and houses
made this,
made that.
Ahhh, ecstasy!
Creation creation creation!

And then someone said:
I am free to be who I want to be?
Well, then I want to be the one who owns everything and everyone.
I want to be the one who controls everything.
I want to be the king of the universe!
And he/she said to everyone:

Hey! I have a new game!
It is great FUN!
I am the king,
and you are my people:
Lets do it!

And everyone said:
Yes, why not,
Let us play!
You know, we humans at that time
were so innocent,
we were like children,
playful and happy and trusting.

And so the newly designed king was enjoying himself,
and he whispered into our ears
 a mantra
which he had just created from source
(he could do so easily as he was ONE with the source)
and the mantra was:

You  are the body you are the body you are the body
and you are no more connected with SOURCE!
You are the body you are the body you are the body
and the source is far away far away far away far away
you are the body you are the body you are the body
and you are so helpless you don’t know what to do!

And so we played the game,
and it was fun,
we laughed so much:
We are the body?
Hahahahahahahaha
We are the body?
Hahahahahahahaha,
what a funny game!

But then, my friend,
we played the game so long;
You know? We played it for centuries and millennia,
until we really forgot,
and then my friend,
the game was not fun anymore.

Then the King of the Universe
had also started believing that he WAS the king of the universe.
And he spoke to us like this:
I am a very good king.
You don’t know what to do
and how to take care of yourself
and because I am a very good king,
I will take care of you.
I will give you food and shelter
and in return you have to work for me.
I am a good king, I am a just king.
If you do what I say,
you will never starve.
But if you don’t follow my orders,
then who will feed you?
If you don’t follow my orders,
you will starve and die.

And that’s what we believed,
because we had listened too long
to the kings mantra.
And so we became his slaves.

And so today
if someone tells you:
You are FREE
and you can BE WHO YOU WANT TO BE
and you ARE THE CREATOR  OF YOUR DESTINY
and if someone tells you:
YOU ARE THE AMAZINGLY WONDERFUL BEING OF LIGHT,
THE SOURCE ITSELF
CREATING ITSELF FROM ITSELF

do you remember?

or are you scared and think:
What do you mean, I can be who I want to be?
But who will take care of me?
How will I earn my money?
How can I pay my rent?
Will I not starve?

My dear friend,
You are FREE
and you can BE WHO YOU WANT TO BE.
You  ARE THE CREATOR  OF YOUR DESTINY.
YOU ARE THE AMAZINGLY WONDERFUL BEING OF LIGHT,
YOU ARE  SOURCE ITSELF,
CREATING ITSELF FROM ITSELF.

Do you remember?

It is so easy, my friend, to re- member,
when you FEEL the vibration of light
the vibration of source itself
and the nourishment it gives to your every cell.
All we need is to wake up from the hypnosis,
and that is so easy,
and it is fun!
Because, you see, my dear friend,
it is okay to play a game for millions of years
in which you are a slave, (or a king)

but

there are uncountable new creations that you can be
YOU CAN BE ANYTHING AT ALL.
You can even be NO-THING if you like.

And now, if you are ready,
and happy to do so:
Wake up from the nightmare!
It was just a bad dream.
Wake up and be re-connected
to your original being!
Receive the loving nourishment from Source itself.
While receiving, while drinking it,
your being will re-member,
it will re-connect to source,
the nourishment will begin to flow into every cell of your being.

And while you are being nourished
you will begin to see
that all your fears for your survival
are just fears of a hypnotized mind.
The wonderful truth is:
Life takes care of you!
It is infinitely abundant and overflowing with love.
You are a WAVE in the infinite ocean of light.

You are FREE
and you can BE WHO YOU WANT TO BE.
You  ARE THE CREATOR  OF YOUR DESTINY
and
YOU ARE THE AMAZINGLY WONDERFUL BEING OF LIGHT,
YOU ARE SOURCE ITSELF,
CREATING ITSELF FROM ITSELF.

See for yourself!

This is de- conditioning.
We are awakening from the hypnosis!
We are stepping into a wonderful ecstatic beautiful life
of truth
of compassion
abundance all around
offering itself
healing our pain
and what remains is love love love love love love love
filling each cell of our being.
